She said oh yeah I thought it was on there. She then proceeds to tell me that the Pizzeria doesn’t send plates and napkins and that the paper I was given it states that I was responsible. I went up to the desk because they didn’t give me the plates and napkins for them. Next issue was I ordered extra pizza for the parents of the children attending the party. I said I need juice not soda and she AGAIN shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t do the ordering we don’t have any juice left. (I guess she didn’t hear me because she was on the phone). I of course chose juice and even mentioned this to her when I got there. When I booked the party I was told juice and soda was an option. The pizza finally comes and she comes out with 2 bottles of soda. I called Ray’s pizza directly to find out the status of my pizza. I walked up to the girl who was setting up the tables (it is now 12:15 and party starts at 1pm) and I had some questions for her. ![]() ![]() I asked him where my party was and he responded "uh i guess over there". I then walked up to a young kid who had his face buried in his phone. When I walked in the girl that worked there was on her cell phone talking setting up a table and didn't look up at me even though I had all birthday items in my hand. "We got pretty much what we were looking for.I had my son's birthday party there and had 16 children. “We were kind of getting burnt out and felt it was a good time," Matt Davis, the youngest brother, said Friday.
